The giveaway here on my blog is a 10 day winter renewal detox. The winner will get  online coaching support as well as all menus, recipes, shopping list and cookbook. Everything will be available online and available in PDF format, so nothing will be mailed to you. The detox starts January 28th so my giveaway will be closing on 1/27 so that the winner can take full advantage of their 10 day detox prize.
