As the end of the year approaches, many start thinking about what they want to do differently next year. Many people have things they want to focus on and may even set some goals to achieve them. I seem to have similar goals each year and that’s improving my physical and mental health. I have found that for me, it works better to set a few small goals. It feels less overwhelming to me. 

One way I work on improving both my physical and mental health is with exercise. I have had a gym membership for a few years. In the beginning, I went in four or five times a week.
