As some of you may know, we are preparing for a family trip across the country. To reduce my “already in overdrive” stress level as well as the size of my carry-on bag, I am doing my best to pack clothing that I will be comfortable in and that will hold-up well while traveling. I knew I had to have Yala Designs clothing in my carry-on.

For my review, I received the Yala Designs BambooDreams Lela Top in black and natural colored stripes.

I have become a bit of a bamboo clothing aficionado. I think bamboo is an excellent material for many things … especially clothing. It is unbelievably soft to wear, it holds it shape, it doesn’t fade, it’s easy to care for, and it naturally repels odors. What more could you want?

The BambooDreams Lela Top is a great way to wear trendy stripes. It has dolman sleeves that become more fitted as they approach your elbow. The bodice of the top is formfitting. I enjoy wearing my BambooDreams Lela Top with skinny jeans and ballet slippers or knee boots. I love this top. I think it will be my “flying-there” top.

I am seriously considering adding the Bamboo Dreams Izzy Dress and Nellie Leggings to my carry-on bag also! They would be perfect for any one of the many gatherings we have planned with my Husband’s long distance family.
