After having two kids, I was left with some stretch marks. Obviously, they aren’t visible when I am clothed, but they still really bother me. Over the years, I have tried a few products to help with reducing the appearance of stretch marks, but nothing has helped. I have also tried creams that promised to smooth the texture of my skin, but again, haven’t had much luck. When I was asked to review Hydroxatone Celtrixa Intensive Stretch Mark Lotion I was a bit skeptical. But then, I asked myself, “what did I have to loose in trying another product? What if I passed up this opportunity and this was THE product that could finally help me. ”

For my review, I received Hydroxatone Celtrixa Intensive Stretch Mark Lotion.

Celtrixa says that using their product can “fade the look of new and old stretch marks by 66%.” Celtrixa is formulated to help reduce the appearance of stretch marks, improve elasticity and skin firmness on your hips, stomach, thighs and breasts. The website says you can start to see results in as little as 2 weeks, though for best results, you should use it for 12 weeks.

Directions suggest you use the product twice a day on clean and dry skin.  Apply an event amount and gently massage in a circular movement.

I decided to apply Celtrixa after my morning shower. I used about a nickel sized dollop and rubbed it into my stomach area. I noticed that the cream didn’t have much of a fragrance, if any fragrance at all.  It was light weight and creamy. It didn’t leave my skin feeling heavy or oily. I went about my day and repeated the process at night. I have done this for a couple of weeks now. I think the skin around my stretch marks is getting more even in tone and smoother in texture. I can imagine that my results will continue to improve with longer use of the product.

I wanted to make note that Celtrixa hasn’t irritated my sensitive skin at all.  Celtrixa has been dermatologist and allergy tested to be non-irritation. It is Paraben free.
