When it comes to skin care and cosmetic products I’m pretty picky. I have really sensitive skin, and lots of makeup and skin care products bother my skin, or irritate my eyes. I’ve wasted a lot of money in the past on skin care products that simply ended up burning my skin rather than helping it. I’ve also had makeup products that I just couldn’t use, because they constantly made my eyes water. Painted Earth Skin Care and Cosmetics is a line of great quality, all natural products. I have tried quite a few of their products, and I have never had a bad reaction to any of them. And not only are they all natural and eco-friendly, they perform very well. I was very excited to be able to review some products from Painted Earth.

The Teenage Dream Team Holiday Collection from Painted Earth makes a really great holiday gift. It comes with Moisture Treatment for Acne/Sensitive Skin, Acne/Sensitive Face Wash, Boo-Boo Gel, Loose Mineral Eye Shimmer, Baby Hint of Mint Lipgloss, and Mini Ultimate Mascara. If you bought these separately, it would be $100, but the gift set is only $55.

The Moisture Treatment and Face Wash included in this gift set are just wonderful. I get really dry, especially sensitive skin in the winter, and these products have been working together very well to wash and moisturize my skin. Neither sting my face like so many products do, and it’s helped to keep my skin clear.

The Teenage Dream Team Holiday Collection also comes with Boo-Boo Gel. I’ve reviewed this product in the past, and I really like this product. I’ve recommended it to a lot of people. It’s a natural and organic gel for your “boo-boo’s”. I used it on sunburns this summer, and it worked great. It also works well on minor cuts, and especially on my cracked eczema.

The Baby Hint of Mint Lipgloss in Pink Extravaganza is a really pretty hot pink color, shiny yet moisturizing. Here is a close up of the lipgloss on me:

The Mini Ultimate Mascara is also great. The mascara works really well. The mascara doesn’t bother my eyes at all, and works great, even on my thin, lackluster lashes. It’s one of my favorite mascaras.

The Revolutionary Prisma Glitter Set in Berry Delightful makes another great gift for anyone that loves glitter.

This glitter goes on really smoothly. It works great on its own, or on top of other eyeshadow, to add some glitter to your favorite color. I really like the Berry Delightful colors, they look great with blue or green eyes. The set also comes in Natural Essence, which has more earth-y tones.

Here are some of the colors on my hand. The pictures really don’t do the glitter justice. It’s very glittery, without being too over the top.

I also really liked the SuperLash Mascara. The SuperLash Mascara is fortified with Keratin and Panthenol to lengthen and condition your lashes.

I really like the mascara wand. It’s a more traditional wand, not too big, and it just applies really well.

The Synthetic Pink Kabuki Brush and Mini-Brush Set are also really great.

The Synthetic Pink Kabuki Brush is not only really cute, but it’s SO soft. It feels so nice on your skin, and it’s nice and big so it works really well with the Perfect Every Thyme Foundation, or any powder you may be applying all over your face. It would work great for blush too.

I have reviewed the SuperWear Gel Liner and the Perfect Every Thyme Baked Mineral Foundation before. You can find that review here. The SuperWear Gel Liner is definitely one of my favorite eye liners ever, and easily my favorite product from Painted Earth. Lots of eyeliners claim to be smudge-proof and long lasting, but just aren’t. This one really is. It has all the ease of a pencil, with the look and last of gel eyeliner. If you’re big into eyeliner like I am, this one is definitely a product you should try out.

The Perfect Every Thyme Baked Mineral Foundation also works really well. I personally am too pale for their shades, but my friend adores this foundation. I wish they would extend the line to make some paler shades, for people incredibly pale like me.

The foundation goes on really smooth, and it’s not chalky and powdery like you might expect. It has more of a creamy texture, which makes it great for all skin types, and allows for great coverage. If you’re not super pale, the Perfect Every Thyme foundation is definitely worth a try!

Overall, I really enjoyed my make up and skin care products from Painted Earth, and they’re a company that I will continue to buy products from in the future. They never bother my skin, they work great, are all-natural, and they have great, competitive prices.
