I was sent Fairy Garden Supplies from MyFairyGardens.com. All opinions are my own.
One of my aunts started making a fairy garden about a year ago. Since then, several other women in my family have taken an interest in fairy gardens as well. My mother-in-law started picking up a few supplies to make one for herself as well. I thought that Fairy Gardens were a pretty significant trend. I told one of my friends that I was planning to get some fairy garden supplies for my mom and my mother-in-law for Christmas. She asked what a fairy garden was, and that really surprised me that she hadn’t heard of them yet. However, I’ve since realized that while they are a trend in my social circle they certainly haven’t been discovered by the masses yet.
Fairy gardens are little scenes that people make inside of a flower-pot, or sometimes outside in a garden. They include miniature fairy figurines, and/or miniature furniture, toys or other accessories to create a scene or a community that looks like it was made for little fairies. They are really cute and they seem to catch the eye of most women who are interested in gardening.
Playground fairy garden accessories.
My mom has had a miniature shelf for years. It’s a regular sized shelf with tiny openings between the shelves that are just a couple of inches each. She finds miniature items to put in each shelf. For example, she has a tiny scissors and brush in one, a tiny cup and toothbrush in another. She has a tiny can of soup and a tiny box of cereal, and so on. I knew that for my mom, she was interested in fairy gardens because of the adorable miniature versions of things. For her, I ordered accessories like a fairy-sized slide, wagon and bike from the MyFairyGardens Playground area so she could create a playground or backyard type of area. I also ordered her several miniature garden items like a bird bath, a watering can and birdhouses.
My mother in law thinks fairies are cute. I know that she also likes trinkets or figurines with cute little details. For her I ordered some fairies as well as several animal items from the fairy garden animals category at MyFairyGardens. I knew this turtle with a snail on it’s back would tickle her.
I know they will both enjoy their fairy garden items. I’m excited to see how they arrange them into a complete fairy garden. MyFairyGardens.com has a huge selection of fairy garden accessories to choose from. If you have a unique or creative idea for a fairy garden scene that you want to make, you can find the accessories you need at MyFairyGardens.com. I was amazed at the selection that they offer. They also offer a few different sizes of items. They have several “micro-mini” items which are even smaller than regular fairy garden items.

I do love the fairy theme but also love the teeny tiny items, like dollhouse items you can play with. Those playground pieces are so precious, especially that teeter totter! How unique they are.

I love their website! I made a mini fairy garden and I’ve been wanting to make a bigger one for so long!
I’m loving the myfairygardens site! My sister and I made fairy houses and villages out of whatever we could find around the yard as children. I definitely plan on starting a real fairy garden with my daughter. I’ve even already made some tiny mushrooms for it! 🙂
