Thank you to MegaFood for providing me with products in exchange for this honest blog review. All opinions are 100% my own.

No matter how healthy we eat, we still have nutritional gaps. A nutritional gap is the difference between the vitamins and minerals our body needs compared to those we get in the foods we eat. We can close that nutritional gap by taking a daily multivitamin made with high-quality ingredients.

I took a pledge on the MegaFood website, to close my nutritional gap with a MegaFood multivitamin. After I took my pledge, I received a $5 off coupon (while supplies last) and was entered into a wellness giveaway. For each pledge made, MegaFood will donate one bottle of multivitamins (up to 20,000) to someone in need. PLUS, they will make a donation to Wholesome Wave, for fresh fruits and vegetables, for those in need.

MegaFoods Women Multivitamin

I am closing my nutritional gap with the MegaFood multivitamin for Women 40+. I am not quite 40 yet but found that this formula offers more of the vitamins and minerals that my body needs. The Women 40+ multivitamin contains Vitamins A, C & E to support healthy eyes, 1000IU Vitamin D to support already healthy bones & mood, Zinc and B Vitamins to support normal brain function, Methylated folate and B12, as well as B Vitamins to support an already healthy cardiovascular function.

MegaFood uses farm fresh ingredients in their products. They have built trusting relationships with local farmers to get the best ingredients possible.

Women 40+ multivitamin is Certified NSF Gluten Free, Vegan, ISO certified, Kosher, Dairy Free, Soy Free, Herbicide and Pesticide Free, and NON-GMO.

On February 7th, MegaFood is planning a Facebook Live Launch. They will be discussing the state of nutrition. Tune in for this exciting event! (Did someone say giveaways?)

I hadn’t heard of this brand before. I am in that age range so this might be a good option for me. I will have to compare with my current multi to see the differences.

I’m taking a number of different supplements. I wonder if I could take fewer by taking these.

I have not heard of them before. I will check them out. I am always looking for a better quality product to go into our body.

  • I need some of these but chewable ones. I feel like those are huge horse pills, and I don’t know how people do it. Honestly! LOL. I need horse pills that are chewable please. Any suggestions?

I am going to check in to this vitamin. At 67 I should have been taking them for years BUT just never got around to do it full time. i would buy a bottle and it would take me 6 months or more to empty it

I know I should be taking vitamins but for some reason I buy then never take. But it is time I break that bad habit and take up a new habit.

MegaFood is a good quality vitamin. A good multi is essential for everyone to take, because even if you eat fruits and veggies every day you aren’t going to meet or exceed 100% of the RDA for all vitamins/minerals.

I should be taking vitamins on a regular basis; however, sometimes I forget with all the other medication that I am on. I will have to check this brand out. Thank you for sharing.
