This set comes with an 8-inch Chef Knife, 8 inch Slicer Knife, 5-inch Santoku Knife, 4-1/2 inch Fine Edge Utility Knife, 3-1/2 inch Paring Knife, (6) 4-1/2 inch Steak Knives. The block is a sleek black. Each knife slot has its own built in sharpener. Everytime you place and remove the knife, it will rub on that sharpener and freshen the blade. Sabatier knives are high quality. They have been crafted with high-carbon stainless steel. They were forged with triple riveted handles that have a user-friendly grip.
We are very pleased with our Sabatier Cutlery 12 Piece Edgekeeper Pro Knife Block Set. The knives make cutting, chopping, slicing, and dicing easy! My wrists no longer ache from sawing through foods. It is a pleasure to use cook with these knives.

Hello, my name is Laurie. My family and I live near the Oregon coast.
