I’m 20 years old, so I can’t really say that I’ve experienced a whole lot – but from my experience, the teenage years are the hardest. Especially the first three or four. Transitioning from middle school to high school, and from kid to young adult is weird and can be challenging all on its own. Throw in acne, friendship drama, crushes and break ups…and it’s no wonder so many people struggle through the teen years. Chicken Soup For The Soul: Just For Teens is a self help book for teenagers who are struggling with just about anything. This book covers all the “typical” teenage problems, that almost all teens struggle with at some point, things like self image, friendship struggles and discovering who you are (or who you want to be). This book also covers very serious situations that some teens go through like the death of a loved one, teen pregnancy, eating disorders, addictions, etc. This book would make a great gift for any teen.
