During the holiday season, many service men and women are able to come back home and the reunion is a wonderful, amazing day. However, in the weeks and months that follow many of them struggle to get back into their old lives. While they were gone, their husbands, wives and children have gotten used to living alone and the soldier has often changed as a result of their experiences. Military divorces are up 42% since 2001. These families need a lot of support during their transition back into their home lives.
