Hello,my name is Jennifer,I’m the girl behind Jenny’s Treasures or JennysTreasuresForU.I design and make wirework,beaded and textile jewelry and accessories.
It’s really funny how I got started making jewelry,because I had never really though about it,and one day four years ago I was thinking about different options for making money,and jewelry popped into my head. So I decided I wanted to try that out.
I’ve always liked being creative,I spun yarn,crocheted,knitted,and sewed before that.It took me a while to even step into my local bead store,since we didn’t having a working vehicle at the time.But one of my friends gave me a bead kit from Costco for Christmas a year later ,and my another one of my friends got the same kit at the same time,and we both made jewelry together.
Once I finally got to go to the Bead Merchant,I got a little bit of gold craft wire,and made my second pair of earrings,braided wire hoop earrings with seed beads,which I am still making today,and is one of my most popular designs.I got some more wire,and just started playing around,and that’s how I ended up loving wirework.

In addition to making jewelry and hair accessories,I also love photography,making music videos,and sewing.I hope one day to have a collection of clothes up on etsy.

Hi Jill,
Giveaway tools got a facelift less than a week ago. Since then, each entry is submitted when the green button is pressed, the entry type should appear collapsed and “greyed out” this just means that the entry was successfully submitted. Is that what you are referring to?I looked in the backend and you successfully submitted 7 entries. The custom “visit the site and leave a comment” entry, two facebook page likes, a vote, twitter follow, email subscription and facebook blog post like. So unless you were trying to submit additional entries, they seem to have went through fine. 🙂

I apologize for the delayed response I was away from home and without internet connection for the last day and a half or so. This is the first giveaway that has been run using the etsy option so it sounds like you’ve found a technical bug, it’s being looked into now.

Hi Rita,I can see that you did add my shop to your favorites on etsy.It’s possible that the internet connection was slow and that’s why it keep going around and around,but hopefully it was counted in the entries.Emily would know more than me.

I added her shop to my favorites manually via Etsy because the widget kept erroring out on me. I am FotoMacro on Etsy. It would not let me claim the point.

It will still count for this one but for everybody for future situations if there is a problem with the widget that needs to be told to me or the entry won’t count as I can only assume you chose to leave a comment instead of using the widget. Hope you understand where I’m coming from :).
