Jewelry makes such a classic gift. Mi Tesoro is an online jewelry company that makes “everyday luxury” jewelry. They use hyperallogenic materials that are waterproof and can be worn longterm without causing problems. Yet, they’re materials that are far more affordable than solid gold or other materials that can cost an arm and a leg.
For example, many of their peices are gold-plated stainless steel. Stainless steel is really durable and hypoallergenic, making the piece really long-lasting, while the gold coating gives the look of high-end jewelry. They even outright suggest wearing their jewelry and never taking it off! So while it’s more affordable, it’s not meant as “fashion jewelry” that you take on and off depending on the outfit you’re pulling together.
Their pieces are designed to be worn often, and are designed to match a wide range of outfits. I was sent two pieces from Mi Tesoro.
The first was the Mi Tesoro Elegant Bead Gold Bracelet. This is a gold-plated stainless steel bracelet that looks like it should cost more than the $70 it actually costs. It’s a one size fits most piece that slips on easily and can be left on with most anything. This bracelet would work well for lots of teen girls or grown women! Hard to go wrong with a classic gold bracelet like this.
The second item that I selected is actually 4 in 1! The 4 ring set in gold is a set of four stacking rings. This set includes one solid band, one beaded band, one twisted band, and a glittery band. The glitter band in particular is really unique, I haven’t seen any quite like this from any other jewelry company out there. The four rings come together but are separate so you can stack them in any order you want, or wear one on four different fingers, any combination you’d like.
The rings are 14k gold plated stainless steel so they’re durable and can be kept on regularly but are a lot cheaper than pure gold jewelry. The set of four rings is $60. This set is available in sizes 7 and 8. I went with size 8 and these fit on my middle or ring fingers which gives me lots of flexibility for how I wear them.
While I like yellow gold so I feature two pieces of yellow-gold, Mi Tesoro has plenty of silver coated options as well!
