It’s no secret that there are chemicals in products we use daily that are bad for us.  Many people are even showing allergic reactions to them.  About seven years ago, our family made the change to start finding products that were free of the chemicals, additives, and “bad” ingredients.  Just recently, I discovered the company My True Nature.  I was pleased to learn that they strive to create products that make childhood fun and safe. My True Nature was created by a mom who wanted to use products that contained 100% natural ingredients and was free from all the harmful chemicals we are learning about.  She created some products in her home and they started selling by word of mouth but the demand has continued to increase and grow from there.  My True Nature strives to bring the best to their customers and even the bottles they provide their products in are 100% FDA approved post-consumer PET plastic. I was sent a Scrubby Time Set for review. This set includes a 12 ounce bottle of the Ollie’s Hand Soap and an 8 ounce bottle of the Daisy’s 2-in-1 Shampoo & Body Wash.  Right away the kids noticed the cute characters on the bottles.  They enjoy cartoons and the characters bring a smile to their faces.

We used the Shampoo & Body Wash first.  There is a faint but pleasant smell and the Shampoo & Body Wash lathered up really well.  The kids liked the pump on the bottle because they were able to help themselves and didn’t need any assistance with bath time.

Our kids are always in the bathroom washing their hands.  We have a nice stool that makes it easy and even allows our 3 year old to wash up without assistance for the last six months.  Sometimes I think it’s just a reason to play in the water but  I don’t mind.  The Ollie’s Hand Soap makes washing up even easier because of the hand pump that’s included.  There is also a faint but pleasant aroma in the Hand Soap.  Strong smells bother me and give me a headache but I had no problems with either of the My True Nature products we tested.  Ollie’s Hand Soap also lathered up nicely and washed off with ease.

I have been really happy with our Scrubby Time Set from My True Nature and can’t wait to try some more of their other products.
