These are my own honest opinions.

 Are you looking for new cooking tools and kitchen utensils? There is a company that prides itself on its high performance kitchen gear: Rösle. They’ve been in the business since 1888 so they really know what they are doing! They offer a wide range of products from cookware and cookware tools, barbecue utensils, barware and more. All Rösle products are made from 18/10 stainless steel. They are highly appreciated by chefs and home cooks alike.

For this review, I received 3 products: a Dual Speed Frother, a Kitchen Digital Scale and a Burger Press.

The Dual Speed Frother is designed to froth milk (faster speed) as well as mix vinaigrettes (slower speed). It runs on 2 AAA batteries. There’s a convenient ring on top to hang it. It is made of 18/10 stainless steel. The frother is very easy to use, lightweight, and it is comfortable to hold. I haven’t had a chance to try it with vinaigrettes yet but it works wonders to froth milk! If there is a coffee addict on your list, they need a proper frother and this is it!

The second product I received is the Kitchen Digital Scale. I already had a cheaper non-digital scale made of plastic. Rösle’s is a million time better! First of all, it’s digital so no more guessing if the hand is actually on 3 oz or if I need to a bit more flour. The screen is large and backlit so it’s easy to read. I can bake anything and be confident that my measurements are correct. Second of all, Rösle’s scale is made of stainless steel so unlike my old cheap one, it won’t crack and trap food. It’s also larger so it can accommodate larger bowls. By the way, this scale can measure up to 11 lbs! With the touch of a button (under the scale) you can change from imperial to metric (oz/fl.oz to gr/ml). I like that it can work with both measurement systems because many of the recipes I like to make are in metric. At the back of the scale the stainless steel is folded to create a kind of hook to hang it. I love this scale, it’s such an essential cooking tool especially for someone who likes to bake!

The last item I received is the Burger Press. My husband is a burger fan and he’s usually in charge of making the patties but he’s not the most patient guy when it comes to shaping them. When I saw that Rösle had a Burger Press, I immediately thought of him and how easy it would be to make perfectly round and even patties. This burger press is designed to make 3.5” diameter patties. There is a non-stick coating so patties are easy to remove. Both pieces have raised lines on them that create ridges on the patties which help the meat cook more evenly. This press is quite easy to use. The only thing to figure out is how much meat to fit in the patty and how much pressure to apply. My first couple tries, I put too much meat and it was difficult to press because there was nowhere for the meat to go. Once I figured it out, it was super easy to create delicious even and round patties!

Overall I like both products that I received from Rösle. They are functional and easy to use. I also think they look great (love the look of stainless steel!) Plus the stainless steel mean they are hygienic, easy to clean, don’t retain flavors or odors. Another bonus of stainless steel is that they will last longer than similar products made of plastic.
