Tommee Tippee sent me a variety of their products in preparation of our expected arrival including their Explora Easiflow Cups, Easi-Roll Bibs, and their 360° Sealer Diaper Disposal System.  I was excited to try these products out so we tested them out with our 2 year old since the baby isn’t here quite yet.

The Explora Easiflow Cups are geared for ages 12 months and up.  These are insulated straw cups that have a non-spill design.  This cup is designed to teach new toddlers how to drink from a straw while keeping liquids neatly contained.  The flip top lid keeps the straw clean and sanitary, which is one of my favorite features.  Our 2 year old likes to carry a cup around and will set it down anywhere, including the sandbox, so a covered spout/straw is the perfect feature for us.  The only issue we’ve had with these cups is that the spout cover is hard for our 2 year old to open himself and I have to help him each time.

The Easi-Roll Bibs design incorporates a front pocket that helps catch any food that doesn’t make it in the mouth.  These are really convenient and truly work well.  Our little guy enjoys eating his food right out of the pocket once he realizes some fell in.  The pocket stays open pretty well and catches most of what food and crumbs are dropped.  Our son can be quite messy so sometimes the bib doesn’t catch everything though.  There are three different size closures at the back of the neck to adjust as the child grows.  The best feature for this bib that I have never seen before with this style is the fact that I can roll the bib up and tuck it into the diaper bag for on-the-go.  It takes up very little space this way.  My favorite feature is the fact that I can just wipe the bib clean or wash in the sink and it’s good to go.  No need to toss in the laundry like a typical bib!

The last product I received is the 360° Sealer Diaper Disposal System.  The initial set-up was fairly simple by following the instructions and took only a few minutes to get the liner rollers installed.  We do cloth diaper so I specifically asked if this system would work for wet ones only for us and was told yes.  For review, though, I did run a (dirty) disposable diaper to show how the 360° Sealer Diaper Disposal System would work since I know many use disposables.  I simply placed the dirty diaper in the top, turned the knob a full crank until the diaper went through and the  top was fully sealed again.  Very easy.  Plus, it really did contain the smell.  The design of the 360° Sealer Diaper Disposal System is for each single diaper to become completely and individually sealed in the antimicrobial film.  The pail itself is made to hold about 30 diapers while a roll of seals should last for about 100 diapers.  Refills run about $7 to $8 per roll.  I like the design and concept behind this pail but the cost of the refills is enough to make me hesitant to use too often.
