With five young children, who seem to grow like weeds, someone is always in need of new shoes, clothes, or jackets. It always amazes me at how quickly the kids advance and grow. I love seeing them learn new things and experience all the joys the world has to offer but it makes me sad to realize that, before I know it, they will be grown and gone. As I’ve been told so many times, I need to cherish these moments (including the sleepless nights) because I’ll look back longingly at these times when the children are on their own.
For today, though, our 4 year old son needed a new pair of shoes and I turned to Bobux. After scouring their site, our son narrowed his choices and settled on the Trainer Shoe in Navy. While his reasoning only went to the the fact that he liked the color, I fell in love with Bobux shoes because of their great features.
I’ve been hearing for years now that flexible soled shoes are best for all feet, but especially growing feet. So that is typically one of the very first things I look for when shopping for shoes. The Trainer Navy Shoes from Bobux have been everything we were expecting and more. Our son loves how comfortable they are and has worn them daily since their arrival a couple weeks ago. They are holding up well well so far to everything a little boy can put them through. I really like the velcro and wide opening as it encourages independence and allows children to get the shoes on and off by themselves. Two thumbs up from both of us. These are really great all around shoes.
In addition, Bobux also distributes a great line of Bibs called Silly Billyz. These bibs offer many great features: stain resistance, soft cotton, absorbent, waterproof back, adjustable snap closure, machine washable, and what they call “snuggle neck” which allows for a great fit with comfort. They sent me their Premium Towel Bib for our 2 month old daughter. The bib is really nice. So soft to the touch and is truly absorbent. Since our daughter is a spitter, this bib is coming in quite handy. The elastic “give” by the front of the neck is really nice because I know it allows her to move and turn her head without being choked by the bib. Plus, the two snaps allow me to choose the size that best fits her. I’m really impressed with this bib and plan to get some!

I’m a city girl turned country by my awesome husband and we have three busy boys and two darling daughters. I love spending time with my family, reading Karen Kingsbury novels, and catching up with friends while our kiddos have play dates. I’m blessed beyond measure and can’t wait to see what God has in store.
