It’s no surprise that, with five children, we have some Frozen fans in the mix. Actually, everyone in our home loves Frozen with the exception of the two month old who doesn’t have an opinion on it yet. So whenever we come across any Frozen paraphernalia, it’s an all out love fest. Just this week we came across a giant 3 foot Olaf at a store and the kids were convinced it was just what we needed. Thankfully, I deterred them and Olaf was left reigning over the center aisle at the store. One wish that I really wanted to fulfill this Christmas, though, was for our daughter to become Elsa. She’s 9 and has been requesting an Elsa costume since Frozen graced our TV screen. I was thrilled when I found WonderCostumes.com, who had a few Elsa choices available.
We were sent the Disney Frozen Elsa Costume for review. As soon as the package arrived, our daughter was ecstatic. She put it on immediately and fell in love with the way this dress and overlay flow and swirl as she walks, runs, and twirls in it. She typically wears a size 9 or 10 for clothes so we received the size Large (10/12) in this costume. It’s slightly too big but since it’s not a floor length costume, it’s actually perfect. The sparkles, glitter, and little details of this dress really bring in the full effect and make her feel like Elsa. This dress is beautiful in person and we are quite happy with the quality as well as the speedy delivery provided by Wonder Costumes.
Costumes are definitely not limited to the Halloween holiday as most children loving playing dress up all year round. Our family has been known to go grocery shopping with a ballerina or princess in attendance as well as superheros, doctors, or animals. I love encouraging our children to explore, play, and have fun and dressing up in costume is one way they choose to do that.

Now that there is less frenzy about Frozen, I’m seeing good prices on these products. I love this costume and think it would make a good Ice Princess costume for any time of the year. I could look at cute Halloween costumes all year-round!
