Hello, my name is Laurie. My family and I live near the Oregon coast. When we aren’t at work, in school, or on the volleyball court, we enjoy traveling, cheering for our favorite sports teams, playing outdoors, and checking off items on our bucket list. We are lucky in that both sets of our parents, as well as our siblings and their families, live within an hour of us. We get together often to help one another out, celebrate milestones, and go on adventures together.

I have been using BALL JARS for many years and finding your books is like pulling teeth!!! Does this book have any recipes for canning the meats…?? PS love the decorative jars..use them as Christmas gifts.

Canning is a great idea. And Ball is the best.
I follow Ball canning on social media and was happy to see they have some new small jars coming to stores next year. I only have ebooks for canning and I’m trying to get into more preservation methods beyond the dehydrating that I usually do.
