I have two daughters. One night a week, they each make dinner. When it was my eight-year-old daughter’s night to make dinner, Wednesday night, she wanted to use our Edamame Spaghetti. She decided to make Spaghetti Carbonara…normal meal for an eight-year-old, right? She looked up the recipe for Spaghetti Carbonara and got out all of the ingredients. She had Edamame Spaghetti, bacon, pesto (her personal touch) and farm fresh eggs. I helped her cut up and fry the bacon while she followed the recipe for properly cooking the Edamame Spaghetti. Once the spaghetti had been cooked and drained, we added the bacon. She whisked together her eggs and pesto sauce. Then I poured the mixture over the pasta while stirred. She plated dinner and served to each family member. The Explore Cuisine Organic Edamame Spaghetti Carbonara was DELICIOUS! My daughter was proud of her dinner. She did a great job.
