Anyone remember way back around earth day I posted about how Cascadian Farm Organic was having people pledge to follow one way that they would be more eco-friendly? Well, due to issues with moving and ex-roomate and mail issues, I just this week got my Cascadian Farm Organic package, but I’m so glad I did. The package includes two boxes of cereal, two boxes of granola and two boxes of granola bars.
I haven’t had a whole lot of experience with organic foods in general, but my boyfriend and I are really impressed with the food.
I personally don’t care for chocolate. Trust me, I know you are all disgusted with me now, but it’s true. Haha. Three of the 6 products we were sent are chocolate, so I only tried 3 of them, which included two of the cereals and one box of granola, and I liked all three that I tried. My favorite was the Fruitful O’s. I won’t mention the brand, but I’m sure you all realize what they are similar too. However, in my opinion these are way better! They are very sweet tasting, for being such a healthy cereal and I can see a child preferring the Cascadian Farm Organic brand to others.
My boyfriend is much more normal than me, and likes chocolate, so he tested the two types of granola bars that have chocolate, as well as the chocolate granola. He liked them all and said they were at least “as good” as the non-organic granola bars and granola he has ate before.
Buy it: You can purchase online or go to their website to find a store near you. They are sold in the nearest wal mart to me! So neat, I had no idea.
