My sister Erica has a baby due in March who is going to be named Kelsie. Of course, this means lots of shopping needs to be done for baby gear. Baby & Co is UK based website that offers tons of products for babies. Their store offers cribs, strollers, car seats, swings, bedding, baby tubs and more.
While I don’t have kids of my own, I have tons of kids in my family and I follow a lot of mom blogs so I hear a lot about baby products. I was surprised to find that Baby & Co has a lot of baby products that I hadn’t heard of before. For example, the Klippan Kiss 2 Rear Facing Car Seat caught my eye because it looks quite different from most car seats that I’ve seen. This is because it’s a rear facing car seat that is designed to be used up through age 4. It works for kids up to 18kg (or just over 39.5lbs). Here in the US, a lot of parents are realizing how much safer rear-facing can be for babies 12 months+ and more and more car seats are beginning to accommodate rear-facing for children over 20lbs but I thought it was neat to see this seat that is specially designed just for really long term rear-facing.
Another car seat that caught my eye on the Baby & Co website is the Jane Matrix Light Chromatic car seat. This one caught my eye because my sister has been looking for bright blue baby girl items for Kelsie, which is much harder to find than it seems. Most blue baby items are aimed at boys. I love how this seat has the bright shade of blue that my sister loves and is such a cute, feminine design. Who says baby girls have to own everything pink, right?
