HGG: SmartLab Toys Amazing Squishy T-rex Review & Giveaway (12/11)
When I can find toys that kids love to play with that are also educational, I view that as a real win-win. SmartLab Toys offers unique toys that are primarily science or art based that are fun but also educational.

HGG: Poptropica for DS Review
Poptropica is an online game that is really kid friendly (no violence or other bad stuff) that was created by Jeff Kinney, the author behind the whimpy kid series that is so popular with kids these days. I know several kids who just adore the whimpy kid book series so I was excited to check out this game just based on that fact alone.

As a lover of art and children, I'm always bummed when I hear children who feel discouraged about their art or creativity skills.
