Thank you to Eco Vessel for providing me with a Summit TriMax Triple Insulated and a Frost TriMax Triple Insulated Water Bottles, free of charge, for review.

These are my own honest opinions.

Summer is almost here after a very long Winter.  We still had snow a month ago.  Now it’s time to start thinking about the hot weather that’s coming.  It’s very important that everyone keeps hydrated all year round but we tend to focus extra on this issue during Summer.  Eco Vessel has some great products that can help keep your whole family drinking ice cold waters and juices even during the hottest days.

My beverage of choice is water and I love having a water bottle with me at all times, however, I prefer not to use the disposable plastic kind.  So I went searching for a great insulated stainless steel bottle. Eco Vessel sent me two of their TriMax Triple Insulated Bottles to review.  I love the fact that Eco Vessel products are BPA and phthalates free.  They carry many different lines to meet your family’s needs.  They carry Filtration Bottles, Insulated Steel Bottles, Tritan Plastic Bottles, Single Wall Steel Bottles, For The Kids Line, Food Storage, Glass, Accessories, Limited Editions, and Spartan Race Bottles.  Definitely something for everyone.

Eco Vessel sent me the 25 Ounce Summit TriMax Triple Insulated Steel Straw Bottle in Purple Glow.  As I opened the box, I noticed right away that this bottle was heavy duty.  You can just feel that it’s made with solid construction.  I really like the little carrying handle at the top as well.  You could easily rig this to attach your stroller or bag through the handle.  Definitely one of my favorite features.  The lid had a flip up spout that has a removable silicone drinking spout.  The Summit uses a vacuum insulation technology which ensures that the bottle will be sweat proof.  My water stayed ice cold for over 24 hours in the Summit.  As I would drink it gone, I would just top it off with more water without adding additional ice and was able to make it over a day without using up all my ice.  I am really enjoying my new bottle and my 2 year old is stealing it every chance he gets.  One thing to mention.  I have found that I actually prefer to remove the straw so I can tip the cup up and the water comes out much faster.  With the straw in, you have to suck (without tipping the cup) to get anything.  Not that it is hard to suck on the straw but you do need to “work” a little to get something out that way.  The cup is still completely sealed and spill proof with the straw out.  I just wanted to mention what is working best for me in case you would want to try it too.

The second bottle that Eco Vessel sent me was the 13 Ounce Frost Kids TriMax Triple Insulated Bottle With Straw Top.  We have four children and three of them are old enough to want this bottle.  It has been such a bit hit that they have been taking turns each day using it.  Our 5 year old son got the privilege of using it first.  He’s even talked the other kids into  letting him use it on their days, although, I’m not sure how he managed that.  Everyone likes these bottles so much that I’m hoping to get one for each of the kids soon.
