The newest DVD coming from VeggieTales is “MacLarry and the Stinky Cheese Battle”. If you’ve never heard of VeggieTales before, I suggest you check them out. We began our movie night with some home made Pizza Poppers with extra cheese on top since it fit our movie theme.  After supper, the kids went on a scavenger hunt for their movie passes.  Once the passes were found, they were able to trade them in for concession stand tickets.

Then it was on to the movie.  MacLarry And The Stinky Cheese Battle was quite entertaining.  As usual, the makers of VeggieTales did a wonderful job of wrapping a great lesson into their newest movie.  Teamwork, getting along, and doing your best are always important and MacLarry was a fun character to get to know.  It was great to see that, even though MacLarry was different than the rest of his town, he stayed true and became their hero.

We decided to have some water balloon fun just like the characters in MacLarry And The Stinky Cheese.  There is always room for some good clean fun!
