I really like eco friendly products and companies. Products that can save me from purchasing and, subsequently, throwing away another bottle of water is something worth looking at. I feel that reusable drinking containers is an easy way to save on garbage and something that our family can do easily to help protect our Earth.
I was sent the Stainless Steel Safari Bottle from i play., Inc. for review. The bottle is BPA free and made from food grade high quality stainless steel. The spout is soft, which I like so it doesn’t hurt our son’s teeth, and easily pops open and closed with minimal effort. The cover is a screw style type and has a nice large opening so you can easily add ice for hot days. This Stainless Steel Safari Bottle tops off with a pop on cap to keep the spout clean while on the go.
The bottle feels fairly lightweight, which is nice so our one year old can easily carry it himself. The bottle holds 12 ounces so that’s a good amount for days when we head to the park or run errands. I really like the design i play., Inc. used and the little loop where the cap snaps onto the bottle is perfect for our one year old to hold while carrying it. The design is super cute and is gender neutral with several Safari Animals gracing the sides of this bottle. The one thing I’d like i play., Inc. to come out with next would be an insulated stainless steel bottle line. The bottle does get quite cold to the touch when you add ice but, to be honest, it didn’t bother our son one bit. He loved the bottle even though it was cool on his hands.
If you are in the market for natural baby products, i play., Inc. has been providing them for over 30 years. Their new Mitten Clips caught my eye as well because Minnesota Winters get cold and we are always losing mittens. I plan to be pro active this year and prevent that problem before it starts.
