The countdown is on as we continue to prepare for our newest arrival. I am down to my every other week doctor visits but am feeling great and the whole family is excited for the baby’s arrival. Part of our preparation is some new baby bedding. While our 2 year old still uses the crib, I know there will be times the baby will also use the crib (not at the exact same time as our toddler) so I started searching for a new crib sheet. Made from 100% cotton twill, this sheet is strong and sturdy and the quality can be felt immediately by just touching it.
The Gray Suzani Crib Sheet comes equipped with a nice solid elastic edge and goes over our crib mattress easily and stays in place well. The nice tight fit allows for a safe safe environment for both our toddler and infant. I truly love this pattern and it gives off an elegant feel to the room.
The second item I received from Liz And Roo was their Pink Minky Little Roo Lovey. The Little Roo Lovey is available in three different colors: blue, pink, and gray but I chose to go with the pink since we are expecting a girl. Many times I stay gender neutral so I can use things with multiple children but a Lovey is special and I hope that our new daughter cherishes it and keeps it as her own. Made from a “chinchilla” faux fur on one side and satin on the other, this little Lovey is so soft and cuddly. The pink satin border and Little Roo patch give it the perfect elegant finishing touches. Measuring in at 15″ by 15″, the Minky Little Roo Lovey will be easy to travel with and grasp by little hands. This Lovey is so soft that I find myself constantly running my hands over it.
