Out with the old and in with the new. Along with a new year comes the, sometimes dreaded, New Years Resolutions. Last year, I was originally going to have a fitness goal but one week in, I found out I was expecting. Since my pregnancies are plagued with morning sickness that leaves me unable to function for my daily tasks, starting an exercise plan was definitely out. Albeit, I did lose weight for a few months though! I’d just prefer to not have throwing up a dozen times a day be the reason why. Good thing my 2014 resolution also included starting cloth diapering because I was able to succeed with that one.

This year, I won’t be pregnant so I am back to having a fitness goal. I’m still determining the exact goal I’d like to aim for but, for now, I’m throwing around ideas. I would like to spend some time each day doing different exercises, stretches, activity, etc. I’d love to include jump roping, jogging, riding the exercise bike, and more. Our little one is 3 months old now and I’ve got a little “baby belly” to lose so I am determined.

Since I’m planning to up my activity for my New Years Resolution, I went on the search for some apparel that will help me be comfortable and succeed. These are, by far, the best quality and most comfortable yoga pants I’ve owned.
