I love pictures. I also love products that can be personalized and customized. The company I bring to you today is a mix of both. Inspired Gifts is a new company that offers photo books, journals, guest books, photo prints, play cards, canvas prints and even MORE photo products.

I began working with Becca from Inspired Gifts about a week before mothers day, and we decided that I would review their Mothers & Daughters book, which can be found under the ‘inspirational gift books’ section of their site.

When I first spoke with Becca, before starting to make my book she told me to email her with any questions or if I needed help at all in any section of the review process. Well, I got a few pages of my book done, and my browser crashed, and the ‘return to old pages’ message didn’t come up when I tried to get back to my browser, it just opened to my homepage. When I went to Inspired Gifts though, my book was still there! So later when I needed a break, I just closed the page. When I tried to get back later, it was gone. I emailed Becca and was told that I should have created a user account, and that would have prevented the problem. Major bummer! So definitely create an account before you start working on your book or other products. When I tried recreating my book a the new editing system was on the site and that seemed to go quite a bit better. I had an issue or two, but I was able to email Becca and quickly get the problems resolved. I finished the book and sent it off to the printer. I was so excited for it to arrive! When it arrived I was thrilled at first. The photos looked great, and the book was adorable. Then I got to a page where a photo was stuck in the crack of the book, and part of the persons face couldn’t be viewed. I was bummed! However, I emailed Becca and just like the other times she was quickly able to help me. She offered to let me change the pages around and get the problems fixed, and then reprint the book. So that’s exactly what we did. When the book came the second time it was great! I absolutely love it.

Overall, I love my book and think it’s a GREAT value. My 8 by 8 soft cover book sells for under 17 dollars! However, I would definitely recommend creating a user account before beginning, and don’t hesitate to email the company if problems come up – they are amazingly helpful. Their company is still new and they are working to improve their book creating tools and just love to help.
