Wow. I just went thru all of the blogfest entries and added them up on the calculator to try and find out how many entries there were. The total I got was 967.
However, due to me changing the rules last minute, everyone sort of did their own thing. Some people left one comment that said
i want prize packs 2 and 4
+4 gfc
+4 email
+! tweet – link
etc. Others left 1 comment per entry, like I ask for in ‘regular’ giveaways. while others did one comment that said ‘+4 gfc’ and another that said ‘+4 email’ etc. All of these are ‘okay’ seems how it was my fault for chanigng the rules last minute, however it’s a huge mess right now, lol. I want to go thru the list and count up how many entries there are at least one more time, probably two, just to make sure I didn’t miss any because it’s pretty hard to say and if I have the random number generator pick a number between 1 and 967 and there are actually 969 entries, that means that the last two entries had no chance of winning which is of course unfair.
So I hope that you all understand why there is a delay in choosing winners.
Tomorrow is my first day of my last class, so after tomorrow there will be no more awkward first days, which is nice. But it also means I am officially back to having a full schedule of classes going so forgive me if I have slow periods between now and early January when classes end. I am hoping to stay really focused and dedicated to my blog so that we can have a really great holiday gift guide, but it’ll depend on how much homework I get and such. I am in community college now so hopefully the rumors are true and it will be easier for me to stay up with my blog than it was last semester when I was in a ‘regular’ college. We shall see 🙂
