B toys is a company that makes eco-friendly toys that vary from the norm. The most noticeable difference at first glance is the use of colors. Most children’s toys come in bright rainbow colors, or pastels. Not b toys. B toys include dark shades of purples, reds, greens, yellows. But b toys is unique in other ways too. They don’t plow through everyday operations without thinking twice about the impact their company has on the environment. Instead, they use recycled plastic, cardboard, and even soy based ink. I was sent a pop-arty toy from b toys. Pop arty is a toy that combines building and imagination with jewelry. The pop arty includes 6 bracelets and 12 rings, that allow for the bead-like pieces to pop off and on, creating all kinds of jewelry creations. The set is recommended for ages 4-10, and my little sister loves jewelry and anything girly so I thought I’d have her review this for me. However, she’s not much of a builder and wasn’t as interested as I had hoped she would be. I think she would have liked this set more if the jewelry were more realistic or ‘pretty’. So I gave it a go on my 4 year old niece who used to be very tomboyish but recently has opened up to princesses and other girly things. She loved this set! She played with it for a long time, making all kinds of creations. Therefore, I think this toy is great for kids who are interested in building but would like a change from traditional blocks or building sets. Another reason why b toys is great, is a portion of their profits go to Free the Children, which is an organization to get children out of poverty and to keep from from being exploited. In addition to pop arty, b toys sells a range of toys suited for children 6 months to 10 years. B toys are sold at target stores.
Buy it: Pop-arty is currently on sale for 19.95 at one step ahead.

These would be great fun for girl playtime. Wish I had some grand daughters to get them for.
