Living in NE Ohio, we always look forward to the warmer months and spending some time outside. So when Lightspeed Tents offered to send me a Lightspeed Quick Cabana I was excited. This partcular tent is not necessarily for sleeping in, but it is great for outdoor play with the kids and keeping you safe from the elements on the beach or as a hang out spot while camping.

It is really easy to set up. There is a spot on top that you just push your hands together and it pops the tent open. Takes less than a minute! Even my kids could do it!

Our biggest problem the first day was the heavy winds we have been experiencing through most of the Spring.

But such is the nature of tents. As you can see it fits all 3 kids inside nicely and will also accommodate for my mate and I. At the beach, it will be a great place to keep sand out of our lunches and for camping, it will provide a great place for playing cards and board games out of the dirt. It is a 3-sided tent and I really like how large the “front porch” area is.

We have had a very mild Spring this year, so have not had the option of camping or beach-bumming yet, but it has provided lots of fun in the yard as a go-to camp for days when the kids want to set up a pack of food and explore outside all day. It only weighs about 6 pounds, so is easy enough to carry unless you are doing a big hike out into the woods overnight. If that is the case, Lightspeed Tents has other options for you. Lightspeed carries a variety of tents to help out with whatever type of outdoor activities you might enjoy. As for the Quick Cabana you can purchase it for only $65 at both amazon and sam’s club.

If you go to their website, you can see step-by-step instructions about how easily the tents set up and the other varieties of tents they carry. You can also connect with them on their facebook page. They seem to do a lot of fun giveaways and promos on there.
