For most holiday gifts I am really prepared. I start shopping around July when a lot of stores do their big toy clearance and slowly pick up more and more things when I find great deals. Yet – I’m a huge procrastinator when it comes to stockings. Most years I literally make a 10pm run to the store for stocking stuffers on Christmas eve because I just completely forget until the day before. In fact, one year I was so late that even Walmart was out of the Christmas themed candy so I had to buy regular candy instead. Oops! Even on years when I don’t forget, I feel a bit guilty for not putting more thought into what I fill them with and just doing the same thing each year. I’m proud to say that this year I prepared early thanks to Vermont Nut Free Chocolates.
All of their products are safe for individuals with any nut or peanut allergies making them a great place to shop for Allergy friendly chocolates. Nobody in my family is allergic to nuts but Ryan & I neither one care for nuts so it’s also a great place to shop for people who want treats that are nut free. Ryan’s a lover of just straight milk chocolate without any bells and whistles, so I was excited to find that Vermont Nut Free offers plain chocolate in lots of fun holiday designs like Santa and Snowflake shapes. Ryan was able to check out some of the Santa chocolates and he really liked them. Their other Christmas themed treats are neat too, I like how they have snowman jelly beans because it’s silly to wait around for Easter just for jelly beans when you can have them at Christmas too.
He was pleased with all of the items that he was able to test out and we’d buy with confidence for any occasion. Unfortunately, it’s too late to order for Christmas but keep them in mind for future holidays or just because. Their treats are really yummy and would be a particularly thoughtful gift for those with nut allergies.

These sound great. I love nuts inside of chocolate; however, my husband doesn’t at all. These would be a great option.

Thanks for sharing this company. With so many friends with allergies it can be so difficult to find items that we all can enjoy. No kid wants to be left out in the holiday chocolate fun.

I love chocolate and while my kids do not have allergies, my best friend’s son does. I try to keep things on hand that I know are safe for him.
