Stir-fry with hot dogs, peas and corn added. If using frozen or canned veggies, this entire meal would be SO quick and easy to make. Perfect for a busy weeknight dinner in a pinch.

Wheels & cheese with onions, mushrooms and lil smokies sausage (cooked in veggie oil). I love sausage and I bet it tastes incredible when paired with these cheesy wheels!

Michelina’s Santa Fe Rice & Cheese placed into whole wheat dough. I love this one because bread is so filling – these could really stretch the Michelina’s to feed several people.
