Nutrisystem Week 3 Men's Uniquely Yours Plan Review, Results & Top 5 Nutrisystem Meals (so far) | Emily Reviews

I have been provided with a Nutrisystem plan in exchange for sharing my honest experience and results on my blog. All opinions are my own.

Ryan completed week three of Nutrisystem today. He is still enjoying almost all of the food, he still isn’t feeling hungry between meals and he’s still been sticking to the plan without much struggle at all. I’m so happy that this plan is working for him with such little resistance, and I’m excited to see how much success he has throughout the rest of his journey with Nutrisystem.

Results: Today Ryan’s weight was 244, making a 4 pound loss compared to last week and a 14.5 pound loss overall.

Ryan has only had 3 weeks of meals to try so far, but when we were looking at Nutrisystem’s menu before ordering, we looked on blogs to see which meals were other peoples favorites. So, I thought we’d share Ryan’s top 5 favorite Nutrisystem meals with you. Ryan has still only had a couple of meals that he didn’t care for, and finds most of the food good. However, these five are ones that Ryan LOVES and knows he will miss once he stops Nutrisystem (lucky for him, that’s still a ways off!).

PS – the items pictured are not the items listed below as being top favorites. Ryan already ate his favorite items and didn’t have duplicates of them to photograph so I used other Nutrisystem foods that we still had left over for the photo. Sorry if this causes confusion. 

1. Apple Strudel bar. Ryan enjoys apples and apple-flavored things, but he was surprised at how much he LOVED this bar. He said the glaze/topping is what really “makes” this bar, that it’s very sweet and completely delicious. Ryan has been surprised by how well all of the Nutrisystem bars keep him from feeling hungry because they seem so small.

2. Steak & Cheese melts. Ryan’s Nutrisystem shipment included several of these frozen “pocket” type meals and he’s enjoyed all of them, but his favorite is the steak and cheese variety. These only take a couple of minutes in the microwave to prepare and pack lots of flavor.

3. White Bean Chicken Chili. Ryan was really surprised that he liked this one, because chicken isn’t his favorite type of meat, and he’s used to only having chili as a very beef-heavy dish so this one being chicken based seemed a lot different. Yet, he loved the flavor of this chili so much that it made his top five.

4. Granola cereal. Ryan is a big fan of granola, so he expected to enjoy the granola cereal from Nutrisystem but it didn’t disappoint at all.

5. Cheese & mushroom stuffed chicken breast. As I mentioned before, chicken is not Ryan’s favorite type of meat, and he had never tried mushrooms before so he really wasn’t sure how the cheese and mushroom stuffed chicken breast would agree with him. He was so thankful that he gave it a try though, because this was another meal that he LOVED. He liked it so much that trying other types of mushrooms are now on his to-do list for the future.
