Life is busy, made even busier by my boyfriend and our large family that includes two pugs, parents, siblings, and many nieces and nephews. So when I downloaded the Be Forever Me app, I was thrilled! Most of us use Facebook and Instagram to share photos, videos and other personal memories, but once those images are posted, they tend to become lost in the imagery pool that easily reaches into the tens of thousands. As a result, I find that it is extremely difficult – if not impossible – to search for that one favorite video. Basically, I’m looking for a digital needle in a haystack, and in the process, I’m wasting time. Plus, I certainly don’t want to lose any of those special memories that I recorded to save and share with family and friends.

Be Forever Me is fun and easy to use. A few of the features that I found particularly useful include:

• Record Video: Click the Video icon and use your mobile phone or camera to start recording your memories. Plus, as you record, Be Forever Me is designed so that what you said is searchable!
• Record Audio: Click the Audio icon and start talking. Be Forever Me will automatically save your file every 10 minutes, and if you’re not saying anything, it’s smart enough to stop recording.
• Upload Content: Click the Upload icon and simply select up to 5 videos at once to upload.
• Answer Questions: Click the Questions icon, and the app will bring you to the Question Center which has over 1,000 questions Be Forever Me has compiled. Choose any question to answer with a video recording. By answering questions, your family and friends can learn more about you.
• Share: Select Public or Private settings, and then click the blue “+” icon to share your recordings. Be Forever Me supports sharing directly to Instagram and other apps, including email and text messages.
• Search: You can easily search by content and by people. Simply type in your search terms or talk to the app by clicking the Microphone icon, and Be Forever Me does the rest!
