I’ve heard multiple comedians joke about getting tagged in bad photos, or seeing a photo of yourself and having it ruin your day, or ruin your view of that clothing item forever. I can certainly relate.
I was within 5 pounds of the same weight from ages 12-22 or so. I quit growing really ,young, so I’ve just remained the same size since I was 12. Around 22-23 I knew I had gained roughly 10 pounds and I was frustrated because my clothing still fit but it did not look flattering anymore. Seems how I had been the same size for my entire adult life, my entire closet was all a bit snug. So I had started buying new clothing in a size larger.

In that process of buying larger clothing, I got a hoodie with lace sleeves last winter. I thought it was a unique design and I really liked it. I even got some compliments on it when wearing it. So I really liked it until a photo was shown to me that someone else took of me while wearing the hoodie. It really seemed to highlight my belly and “love handles” areas. It was odd because I had other photos of me in the hoodie that looked fine. I think in reality the hoodie looked bad in that photo because my shorts were too snug and were creating a ‘muffin top’ that made the hoodie fit poorly because it looked okay when I was wearing other bottoms.

I stopped wearing the hoodie because I couldn’t put it on without thinking of that photo of me. A few months later my boyfriend decided to work on eating better and losing weight, and I joined him primarily to be supportive of his efforts but I’ve lost weight along with him. At first I started eating better but not exercising, but the confidence boost I got once I had lost just a few pounds was really significant. Once I saw a little progress, I felt better about myself and I was able to be more dedicated to my food plan and even worked up the courage to try exercising.
I’ve heard from others that the initial confidence boost was what propelled them to keep going as well. So I can really see how the body contouring process SculpSure can be an ideal first step for those needing inspiration and drive to lose weight. I can also see it being beneficial for people who are generally happy with their size but just have a closet full of clothing that doesn’t quiet lay the way they want it to, so their goal is just to lose a little from their sides and mid-section. SculpSure is a form of body contouring that removes unwanted fat from the midsection and love handle areas to help your clothing fit better. Many people will find that losing “love handles” and extra belly weight will help their jeans and their shirts fit better. Jeans will fit a bit looser while shirts will not cling to the love handle and belly areas so they appear more flattering.
The SculpSure process takes just 25 minutes and can remove up to 24% of treated fat cells without surgery. It’s non-invasive and has been FDA-cleared. If you are interested in losing fat from your mid-section or “love handles” check out the SculpSure site to find a doctor near you to have a free consultation to see if the procedure is right for you.

SculpSure sounds great. This sounds like a great way to compliment a healthy lifestyle when you just can’t get that last bit under control.

Ooh this is very interesting!! I will have to go to their website and see how the process works!! I carry all of my weight in my midsection so this would be amazing for me!

I love working out and I’ve gotten pretty good at eating well, but it’s always those last 5 pounds. I’m curious about the SculpSure now!

I am pretty much happy with my weight and figure. I will let my daughter know about Sculpsure. She has been looking at options on how to lose that baby weight. Thanks for letting me know about this.

SculpSure sounds amazing. My sister in law would be happy to hear this. She is looking for ways to trigger weight loss.

I’ve never heard of SculpSure before, thank you for sharing! I love your hoodie btw, and think you look fantastic in it! 🙂 I had that same problem after having my third baby (like you, my size hasn’t changed much since I was a teen) and had a closet full of clothes that didn’t look right. Now, almost 2 years later, and I’m facing the opposite problem… All of my clothes are too big! :/ I’m back to having nothing to wear again lol.

Great to know about Sculpsure! Thanks for sharing 🙂

I have really been considering the SculpSure procedure. I have a little stubborn belly fat after having my son, and I just can’t seem to get rid of it with diet and exercise.

Never heard of sculpsure, but I think you look great!!!

Good for you! It’s more about feeling healthy than caring about the look for me.

I am currently working on losing weight. Once I get closer to my goal weight, I’m sure I will need something like this to help me lose the remaining weight.

This sounds like a wonderful alternative to surgery. It can be so hard to lose weight, believe me, I know. I have been battling it my entire life!
-
Hmm that sounds really interesting. I may be really interested in this.

Never heard of Sculptsure before. I’ll check it out. I do understand how a photo can make you reevaluate your figure. Same has happened to me too.

This definitely sounds like a better alternative to surgery. Good luck with your weight loss journey ☺

I’ve always had bit of a belly since I was a teenager. Therefore, I’ll definitely have to look into this someday!

I have never heard of SculpSure, but I am going to check into it. I have medical issues that cause me to have problems sometimes when I start walking. I was always at a good weight before a car accident that occurred. Now between the 26+ surgeries and MS, I have gained a terrible amount of weight. I don’t have a problem eating good food, but my vegas nerve was damaged during a stomach surgery due to accident. I want so bad to loose this weight. I am exercising a little at home with supervision but I just can’t take it anymore. Thanks for sharing about this.

SculpSure sounds amazing! I’ve been on a health kick for 4 months now and my clothes have been fitting better! I actually took some old clothes out of some boxes.

I have been eating healthy and exercising more this year and i have lost a few pounds. SculpSure would be great to work on my trouble areas.

I think the hoodie looks great. I actually would wear that too. I’ve been trying to eat healthier and exercise as well. It’s so important to me, so I know I need to try harder.

SculpSure is something that my sister would need and would love to try for sure. I’m excited to tell her about it.

I think this sounds like a really great program! I would love to check it out sometime! Thanks for sharing.

I need to lose about 10 pounds of baby weight yet, so I will have to check this out.

I will have to go to their website and see how the process works! You look fab thanks for the article.

I live in an area (LA) where there is a ton of sculpting choices available. If it’s affordable for you and safe, I’d say why not? I love exercise so much, I’d prefer that alternative, but know shorter, more petite people have a harder time with added pounds no matter how much they exercise.
