Have you started seeing those articles about what women REALLY want for Valentine’s day yet? They seem to come out every year, and it’s funny how different the “right answers” suggested from one publisher to the next can be. This is just my own speculation, but I think most people want to feel special and cared for by the person who gives them a gift. I know that is true for myself.
For Valentine’s day, I seek to make it clear to my partner that I adore and appreciate him. Sometimes this means getting him an item that he’s wanted for a long time. Other times it might be spending time together and giving him a long massage to help him relax. It really can vary depending on where we are at in life, but I always hope to make him feel special and appreciated on Valentine’s day.
Something that always makes me feel special, and gives me a little confidence boost is new clothing that I like and feel that I look good in. Even if my external outfit is older, having new panties just makes me feel good from the inside out. I’ve talked to friends who feel exactly the same way. Panty Drop is a subscription box service that sends 3 pairs of panties per box. They offer a regular box, or a premium box – with the premium box sending higher-end panties. With either type of subscription box you get to choose panty sizes (XS-1X) style (thong, bikini or boyshort), and material (cotton, performance or lace). For style and material you can choose just one option, two or all three.
I’ve gotten a few Panty Drop boxes in various cloth and style preferences and I’ve been happy with them all. For this review I chose cotton and lace material options, and thong style. I was sent three panties, one each from three brands – White Rabbit NY, Honeydew and Hanky Panky.
The Hanky Panky panties are bright, bold and perfect for Valentine’s day. They have a red lacy waistband with a white, pink and black print that features spots and lipstick kisses. The Honeydew Intimates pair has a thick elastic waistband with a lace print on front and back. The White Rabbit NY pair is a black thong with a lace waistband and cotton front and back. I am really happy with all three pairs.
