I sometimes find it really challenging to buy gifts for people I don’t know very well. Yet, many of us find ourselves needing or wanting to give gifts to people we don’t know yet. Some common examples:
- Secret Santa at work.
- Holiday gift exchanges for new in-laws.
- Gifts for new neighbors
- Teacher gifts when starting a new school year
- Gifts for mail carriers or package deliverers
- Gifts for struggling families you “adopt” for the holidays
- Gifts that you want to donate to any sort of charity
Regardless of the reason, here are some gift ideas for people you don’t know well.

this is a gift list for people you know well and I have used some of them. I keep a box for sample etc that I receive in the mail. Every so often I will take a handful of different item and put them in a bag. If someone does something nice for me I will hand them a bag as a thank you

Thanks for the list!
