Coping With Colds Thanks To NyQuil and DayQuil
Women tend to take on so much at once, that when we get sick, it's hard to slow down because we feel the need to take care of so much. Working, cooking and cleaning just for starters. When spending time with kids, I try to let go of my own preferences for how we spend our time and just follow their lead and do what interests them. I think it's easier to connect with kids and make them feel "seen" if you join their world instead of having them tag along in yours.
