Mercer Mayer’s birthday & a Little Critter Book Giveaway (1/5)
Did you know that Mercer Mayer was born is December 30, 1943? As a kid, his Little Critter series of books were definitely one of my favorite types of books. I loved searching for the frogs and grasshoppers throughout the pages. My ultimate favorite was Just Me In The Tub. Now I love reading them with my nieces and nephews and I'm sure someday I'll read them to my own kids as well. To help Celebrate Mercer Mayer's birthday, next month Silver Dolphin Books will be releasing the very first Little Read more [...]

All of their Read more [...]

It's great for me because I'm a procrastinator so it lets me order online and still get me gifts in time. Loans Bucket is currently having a $25 amazon gift card giveaway that they wanted me to Read more [...]
HGG: Vermont Nut Free Chocolate Review
For most holiday gifts I am really prepared. I start shopping around July when a lot of stores do their big toy clearance and slowly pick up more and more things when I find great deals. Yet - I'm a huge procrastinator when it comes to stockings. Most years I literally make a 10pm run to the store for stocking stuffers on Christmas eve because I just completely forget until the day before. In fact, one year I was so late that even Walmart was out of the Christmas themed candy so I had to buy Read more [...]
