Kohls Spring Fashion For Her

I participated in a campaign for Mom Central Consulting on behalf of Kohl’s. I received a gift card as a thank you for participating. Here in Michigan, spring usually comes pretty late - it often feels like winter and then summer instead of having spring in between. It's 10 degrees outside at my house right now! This often leads to me forgetting about the fact that warmer weather is coming, and I put off shopping for warmer clothing until the last minute when stores are picked over. This year, Read more [...]

Snout Soother – All Natural Solution For Dry Dog Noses – Review & Giveaway (4/5)

*I was sent a complimentary container of Snout Soother. All opinions are my own. It's been a pretty busy few months for Ryan & I so this winter seemed to go by pretty fast. I'm glad it did because it was a bitter cold (sometimes colder than -20!) and we had a lot more snow than usual, too. I've noticed the effects of this bitter long winter in my own body because I've had issues with dry skin and dandruff that I don't usually deal with. In January I moved to a new apartment and this was our first time moving since I got my two pugs, Frank & Beans. We discussed how to handle the move with the dogs a lot before we left and tried to prepare as much as possible but we still had a couple of regrets and learning experiences, so I thought I'd share a few tips that I have for moving with dogs. 1) Keep old favorites. Bring along your dogs bed, blankets, toys, etc from your old home. When we were packing, I was tempted to toss Read more [...]

Barkbox Review – Small Dog March Box

*There are affiliate links in this post. Our Barkbox for March came today! I still get so excited waiting for our BarkBox each month. I've had some people ask me which size BarkBox to get for a pug. We are subscribed to the small size box (suggested for dogs 0-20lbs) my pugs are just a hair bigger than 20lbs (21 and 24lbs or so) but they will only play with very small toys (normal sized or large ones intimidate them) so we get the small box and it has worked out great so far. See my previous Read more [...]
