Otis Spunkmeyer’s ‘NO FUNKY STUFF’ Snacks {For Back To School} + Giveaway (Continental US) 9/2

I love the meme I've seen floating around Facebook over the years about packing kid's school lunches and snacks. The first week of school pictures show elaborate meals and snacks with themes, shapes, and hours of work while the end of the year picture shows a cracker. It's so funny because it's a pretty true reflection! I'm like that at home some times too. I do love to cook and bake but I do get in funks where I just really need a break. The problem usually lies with the ingredients in Read more [...]
Nap Mat Cover {Get Ready For Back To School} + Giveaway (Continental US) 9/1

I am always amazed when I hear how young some children are when they start school. I have a cousin whose three year old son was going several days a week already! Of course, they weren't full days but still a few hours each time. Even at just partial days, I hear from other moms at how exhausted their kids are when they come home. Night Night Farm {Board Book} By Amy Parker + Giveaway (Continental US & Canada) 8/22

I've been working hard to transition our toddler out of our room. When she sleeps in the crib in our room, she thinks I'm an all night salad bar! While I don't mind the fact that she still nurses, at almost 2 years old, I'm ready to sleep through the night again! Add in the fact that we are in the process of getting licensed for foster care and that we could potentially have another infant in the home soon, I want to relish in what sleep I can get right now. So part of our new routine includes Read more [...]
