I have taken great steps towards living a healthier life. One of the main areas I continue to struggle with, is drinking enough water. There are a few reasons I don’t enjoy drinking water, but the biggest is that I don’t know what is in my water. Is it clean? Does it have toxins in it? What’s that smell? Do you taste that?
