This pencil sharpener works better than any I have ever used.  I am still amazed at the results each and every time I use it.  The pencils are perfectly sharpened every time and the sharpener is so quiet.  Even the “fancy” decorated pencils that never seem to sharpen and write very well come out perfect with the Classroom Friendly Supplies sharpener.  (I used to secretly throw those pencils away when the kids weren’t looking because they were impossible to get sharp.  Now I don’t have to anymore!)

I love the retro look of this pencil sharpener but, unlike the old one my parents used to have, this one works.  This sharpener is easy to use.   You simply pull the metal piece out.  Squeeze the black levers and slide the pencil in.  As you turn the handle, the pencil is pulled into the sharpener.  When the pencil is sharp, it will automatically stop.  Squeeze the black knobs and pull out your perfectly sharp pencil.  Easy peasy.

This was even one of the “hard” pencils to sharpen. Perfect results.
