I feel like a fairly confidant cloth diapering mama, considering I’ve only been doing cloth for about eight months now.  We only started with child number four this past January when he reacted to the “green” disposables we were spending a fortune on each month.  I jumped in head first and we’ve 100% cloth diapered from the start.  I was afraid by trying it part-time, that I may convince myself it wasn’t worth it so I never went that route, however, some parents find part-time to be the perfect fit for them.  If you’re considering cloth, do what you feel would work best for your family.  Now that baby #5 is about to arrive, I have to say that I am a little nervous and excited to have two in cloth.  I have some plans set to try to make doubling up easiest for me and Jungle Roo Cloth Diapers sent me a couple diapers to facilitate this review and giveaway.

I was sent two of Jungle Roo Cloth Diaper’s newer prints, Wild Foxes On Green and Penguins On Purple.  Jungle Roo Diapers are a one-size fits most pocket diaper and geared for children 9 pounds through 30 pounds.  Each diaper comes with one 3-layer microfiber insert.  With a waterproof and breathable outside, each diaper is lined with a soft fleece inside with comfort in mind.  I really like the additional second row of snaps for closure as it really allows for a nice secure fit with no sliding.  I did the initial prep of washing three times to enhance the absorbability and we’ve worn and washed the Wild Foxes a couple times as well and the diapers are holding up well with zero wash wear or fading so far.

Tips To Make Cloth Diapering  Easy As I Prepare For Two In Cloth:

3 Tips To Make Cloth Diapering Easier, Cloth Made Easy, Managing Cloth Diapering, 2 in Cloth Diapers, Jungle Roo

~Wash Diapers Daily: I have found in cloth diapering one child, that tossing in a load of diapers each evening before bed keeps me from feeling over-whelmed and doesn’t feel like extra laundry.
~Stuff/Prepare Diapers Daily: Each morning, I lay my diapers out to dry and toss the liners in the dryer. When I have just a couple minutes throughout the day, I will head over to the laundry room and stuff the freshly laundered diapers so they are ready for use at a moments notice.
~Throw-Away/Disposable Liners: I’ve never been thrilled with having to deal with poop. So I have found the slight cost of disposable liners to be worthwhile in our home. I lay one on top of each freshly stuffed diaper and, then, when a dirty diaper happens, I just toss that away. Makes for very easy clean up!  Plus, I wash the liners from unsoiled diapers and get multiple uses out of them!
