Sometimes, my children really amaze me with their artwork.  They can put so much time, effort, and love into what they do and it makes those pieces so special.  However, it’s impossible to keep everything and paper gets bent, torn, and wrecked.  So KidzCanDesign came up with a unique way to preserve the extra special artwork.  I had partnered with them last year and was able to preserve our daughter’s beloved drawing of her “bear” and I was thrilled to partner with them again.  You can read my original Kidz Can Design Review.

KidzCanDesign has made the process of turning artwork into Silver Jewelry quick and simple.  I uploaded a picture onto my computer and then headed over to KidzCanDesign.  The first thing I did was choose the piece of jewelry I wanted.  Choices included: Pendant, Charm, Nameplate, Necklace, Bracelet, Dog Tag, Book Mark, Key Chain, Signature Pendant, or Signature Necklace.   I choose the Custom Pendant with an 18″ Sterling Silver Box Chain.  Then it was time to upload the picture.  My daughter is going through a “fairy phase” so she had drawn (by following a picture in a book) a fairy.  After finalizing the details and submitting my order, we were done.  It only took about 3 minutes from start to finish.

It usually takes 14-21 days for the piece of jewelry to be made.  I sent an email checking the status of my order on day 21 and it was being shipped out to me the next day.  Upon arrival and examining the finished product, I think the necklace turned out very nicely.  It’s a great quality and I know my daughter will enjoy it.
