It’s been just over a month since our King Size Lull Mattress arrived on our doorstep and helped transform our nights. I was utterly impressed as we’ve wrangled and wrestled our fair share of mattresses before and none could have compared with the ease of Lull.
Our old mattress was worn and had developed some “dipping” spots so I was really excited to get sleeping on our Lull Mattress. I’ll have to say that night number one didn’t go quite as planned. My husband slept like a rock but I tossed and turned. The mattress was a bit more firm that I have been accustomed to and I just couldn’t quite find that sweet spot on my stomach or side. And I know they say it’s bad to sleep on your stomach but that was the main way to get comfortable on our old mattress.
So after that first rough night, I decided to start giving back sleeping a try. I have to say that within a couple nights, I was quite impressed with how well I was able to sleep on my back! Once I put my phone down to go to sleep, it literally only takes me a few minutes to now fall asleep as opposed to 45+ that I was used to.
The best thing I’ve noticed to date with our Lull Mattress is that I wake up feeling much more refreshed, even when I get a shorter nights sleep. Just last week I helped a friend out with her daycare each day so I had to get up about two hours earlier than normal and we weren’t getting to bed sooner at night like I was hoping. To my surprise, the week just flew by and I actually felt energized each day too!

Sounds like you are finally getting a good nights sleep! I read your review and it sounds like a nice mattress I am glad you still like it. I am not a firm mattress user either, but once you found how you can sleep it sounds too like it works.

I was never a good sleeper either, even as a child! Then after I got married, it used to drive me crazy that my husband would fall asleep within seconds and I’d be up staying at the ceiling, tossing and turning, and being frustrated for hours.

We’re hoping to move in the spring, and we’re thinking that it will be a good time to replace our old mattress. I hadn’t heard of Lull mattresses before, but it certainly seems worth looking into. I love that it was that easy to set up! Thanks for the introduction to this company.

That’s a great idea! I did try that for awhile but I really missed playing Word Chums as bedtime was the only chance I had. So now I play my turn on the 4 or 5 games, put my phone down, and actually fall asleep!

That’s great you found a good fit! I don’t believe that any one mattress will work for everyone and it’s such a hard choice finding that *special* mattress. Best of sleeping to you!
