I have been on my weight-loss journey with Nutrisystem for seven months now. That time has really gone by quickly. So far, I have lost thirty pounds and fifty-two inches. The fifty-two-inch loss breaks down to- two inches on each arm, five inches from my chest, twelve inches on my waist, twelve inches from my hips, five and a half inches on each thigh and four inches from each calf. Wow! I can’t even begin to describe how much better I feel. My daily aches and pains are almost gone. I sleep better. My skin has cleared up. I have more energy and endurance through the day. It is a wonderful feeling! Thank you Nutrisystem.
As you can imagine, I have come to the point where I need to shop for new clothing. Most of my old clothing no longer fits. I still have twenty pounds I want to lose so I am not going to buy a whole new wardrobe. I just need a few key pieces to get me through to my goal. When I go shopping, I will be looking for a new belt. Belts are a great and powerful accessory. When you have a dress that is a little baggy, add a belt around your waist for an instant hourglass figure. Speaking of dresses, if you are shopping, for a new dress, look for wrap dresses. Wrap dresses give you the ability to tighten as needed. I will be shopping for a flowy blouse and a couple pairs of pants. I will also look for a maxi skirt with a nice top and cardigan. With a wrap dress, a couple pairs of pants, a few tops and a cardigan, I can create several outfits. I am really looking forward to my shopping trip!

Hello, my name is Laurie. My family and I live near the Oregon coast. When we aren’t at work, in school, or on the volleyball court, we enjoy traveling, cheering for our favorite sports teams, playing outdoors, and checking off items on our bucket list. We are lucky in that both sets of our parents, as well as our siblings and their families, live within an hour of us. We get together often to help one another out, celebrate milestones, and go on adventures together.

I hear you with the clothing!! most of my summer clothes from last year are way to big! I have to donate a lot of it so a shopping spree is in order (not neccessarily a bad thing)

Wow, keep it up you have been doing a great job! Such endurance. We noticed when we were on our diet we also slept better at night and no longer felt tired or needed a nap during the day. We buy our clothes from thrift stores/goodwills especially since we are between our goal weight and where we first started.
