Zibit robot

Zibit robot

All boys like remote controlled cars…right? Most girls, too! What’s better than a remote control car? A remote control puppy, kitty, dinosaur…or robot! Ryan & I might be way beyond being little kids, but we are nerds. Which means we still adore robots, random tech gadgets, and cool toys. So when we were given the chance to review a remote controlled robot, we were thrilled.

This r/c robot is pretty small, at about 2 inches tall, which in my opinion just makes it adorable! However, it does also make it very small, and these are recommended for ages 8 and up.

We have had a lot of fun with this little guy! He’s so cute and the cats love to chase him. Hehehe. Each robot has it’s own personality. I was sent Clunk, who has the job of sorting another robots’ junk, so that it can be reused later on. When he see’s all the stuff he’s sorting, he likes to come up with neat ideas for reusing the junk to turn a profit, but none of his ideas have worked yet. But he keeps trying.

The personality is sort of funny and reminds me of my boyfriend, who is always coming up with business ideas and starting them out but usually before he gets very far he come sup with some other ‘new business’ he wants to try starting. I think it’s the issue of having a huge imagination while also being an easily distracted person. He’s always getting bored and moving on to the next idea.

Overall I think these robots are adorable! They retail for just 9.99 so I think they are really great when you consider the price! I think most any kid would love these – plus lots of adults too!  Coming out late this summer or early this fall, there will also be a racetrack, lab and mine shaft available for purchase, so multiple kids can interact with their robots.

Buy it: You can purchase a zibit Here. I was in toys r us near me last week and happened to see these on the shelf, so they might be available near you too!

Disclaimer – I was sent a free zibit robot in exchange for this review. No other form of compensation was offered or accepted. All opinions are my own.
