From unboxing to ready to roll, I was seriously impressed with the Narwal Freo Z10 Ultra.  While I did watch a couple quick set-up guide videos, the entire process was quick and smooth.  This robotic vacuum mop came packaged well, in perfect shape, with all parts and pieces accommodated for.

This robotic vac and mop is absolutely amazing! I’ve been thoroughly impressed from the moment I started using it. While the base unit is a bit larger than my previous robot, the outstanding performance more than makes up for it.  This robot is efficient, powerful, and well worth the upgrade.

The amount of dirt the Narwal Freo Z10 Ultra picks up every night is mind-blowing!  And we’re a ‘no shoes in the house family!’

The app allows me to select the water humidity I prefer.  Choose from: smart, low, normal, or wet mopping.

I love the light on the front that illuminates the path (and dirt!).

Final Thoughts:

I couldn’t be happier with this robot vacuum and mop! Every morning, I wake up to spotless floors—and it honestly feels amazing. Daily upkeep is quick and easy: I empty the dirty water bin (it’s wild how much grime it picks up overnight!), give it a rinse, and let it air dry. In the evening, I top off the clean water tank so it’s ready to go by 10 PM (our start time).

We used to have a couple of “problem areas” that constantly collected dust and pet hair (shoutout to Penny!)—especially under the sideboard and in a few stubborn corners. I’m thrilled to say those spots are now consistently clean. Every time I check, they look perfect!
